Pavilion Facilities Info
The Pavilion has the following features:
- 9,000+ sq. ft. of covered space
- outdoor, open air pavilion
- smooth concrete floors
- available power with numerous outlets throughout the space
- 2 multi stall restrooms
- open lawn immediately adjacent
- street accessible
Please note, the park does not provide tables, chairs or any other supplies.
Cost
Main Season (March- November)
- Friday-Sunday: $60/hour, 6 hour minimum
- Monday-Thursday: $30/hour, 2 hour minimum
- Security Deposit*: $200
Winter Season (December-February)
- Friday-Sunday: $35/hour, 4 hour minimum
- Monday-Thursday: $20/hour, 2 hour minimum
- Security Deposit*: $200
Additional Fees can include:
- Bathroom Cleaning Fee: $100
- Storage Fee: $50/night
- Food Trucks in the Pavilion: $250 deposit + $50/truck, max 5 trucks
- Lawn Use Fee (Lawn beside pavilion): $100
Discounts are available for Non-Profit Organizations
*Security Deposit is refundable after your event if all of the rules and regulations have been met and the keys are returned.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is allowed with proper permitting and security.
Permit and Insurance Info
Most event rentals of the Pavilion require both a Special Events Permit from the City of Durham and a certificate of insurance that lists Durham Central Park as additional insured.
