What do citrus-y rutabaga/asian pear/jicama slaw, rosemary-garbanzo bean stew, and Masala fish have in common? These are among Chef Bob’s matrix of Eclectic, Exotic Comfort Foods. This year, Bob will comfort guests with a variety of dishes that cohere not around a particular cuisine, but rather will massage your palate and soothe your soul. As usual, Bob cannot detail the menu at the moment, but he promises that if you fancy Szechuan cucumbers, skillet cornbread, chipotle potato salad, and coconut curry shrimp with lemongrass over rice noodles, you’ll be satisfied to dine on Bob and M’s country-in-the-city screened-in deck. https://partiesforthepark.org/
