You Call This Yoga, in partnership with Durham Central Park, is excited to offer FREE In-Person Gentle Mat Yoga weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm April through September in the Durham Central Park Pavilion. Half the classes are offered in Spanish and English, the other half in English only. Limited props are available.

These weekly gatherings offer an open, nurturing space for movement, meditation, and building community bonds. Meet your neighbors and come together to practice, connect and be part of something meaningful.
