Tai Chi emphasizes the use of Chi (bio electricity) to boost conciseness and add extra power to martial applications. The Tai Chi form is isokinetic exercise, stability training, stretching, and Yoga breathing. The primary concept in Tai Chi is balance. It is not hard to do the Tai Chi form but it takes time and effort to perform it well. Ashton, who learned Tai Chi from Sifu Bill Chin in San Francisco at Golden Gate Park, will lead the class.
