All You Need is Love: A Beatles PopUp Chorus!

This is going to be so much fun!  As if anyone needed help with the words to a Beatles song, Pop-Up Chorus will be on hand with lyrics as they lead the party in singing songs from the sixties. The Washburns invite you into their lovingly renovated turn of the century home for this celebration of the 50th anniversary of the release of Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.

SOLD OUT! Sommelier Challenge: Who pairs it best?

A great meal can become an experience with the right wine pairing. Our wine gurus, Erin Mosier and Yianni Papinakas will each select wines to be paired with the evenings four course menu. During each course, you get to decide, who paired it best!

Wine knowledge not required, only a love of all things food and wine. Join us as we carry on the tradition of wining and dining that started at Five Points to a new home in Old North Durham.

Cocktails atop The Lakewood

Chef Phoebe Lawless is in the kitchen to benefit the park again this year.  This year the timing is perfect to debut her new restaurant, The Lakewood. Sponsored by the Durham Central Park Co-Housing community, the venue will be the Lakewood's rooftop bar atop the renovated Davis Bakery building. Come out for an al fresco cocktail party featuring appetizers from the new menu.
